Good staff, average everything else.

The staff are really nice - they answered all our questions and organised various boat tours for us. The security guard even lent my friend 100 pesos for a tuk tuk.

The rooms are quite small and compact. Would be nice to have wifi in the rooms and a more comfy lounging area

The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to the Main Street. The rooms were solid. We checked in room 205 first, after settling we realised that the door lock was broken, which was annoying in the first place but we were rebooked on another nice room. The bed was super comfy! There was a safe and the curtains were darkening the rooms which was nice. There is free refillable water.

You had to ask for rooms service. The towels were old and didn’t look nice anymore, but they were clean! NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS!

The bathroom was very damp. The entire room stunk of mould and the shower wasn’t up to scratch. A little confusing deposit system when confirming booking. Deposit for one night via PayPal and the rest cash. Cannot pay completely in advance via card or booking.com

Good location, close enough to town but not in a super busy area. The bedy was comfy and the room had good air-conditioning.

The room is pretty basic but as expected for the price. The bathroom was a bit dirty.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, they even have a night guard who checks on everybody entering the hotel area. The surrounding and the shared area was pretty nice, everything in El Nido is reachable in a few minutes by walk. Keeping in mind that El Nido is quite expensive, especially for accommodation, you have to be aware 30$ get you only a basic room. If you want a central place for activities in El Nido, go for it. If you do not want the rush of the city and want to be more in a relaxed quiet (and maybe better cost/performance ratio, I think you can find the place a bit outside of the town center.

Excellent location if you want to be in walking distance of the town but not in one of the busiest streets. The room was very clean and had all the necessities

They charged extra for clean towels, I understand that towels don’t need to be changed every day but for a week’s stay and all the outdoor activities you do in El Nido it would have been nice to receive a room cleaning and new towels after a couple days without extra charge. The price of our stay was okay, would have been much more value for money if breakfast was included, bit of a shame that their kitchen is permanently closed.

Excellent hotel near to everything

clean and the personal was very kind. The hotel is beautiful.

They forgot to re fill the shampoo and body wash container. But we asked for it and they instantly did it! :)

The location was good since it's accessible to/from the beach and cafes

The linens weren't as clean as I thought they would be. It's off-white with many stains already. Hopefully you could improve how you wash your linens :) Also, hopefully your receptionist could inform the guest prior to check out whether they could extend a few hours or not.. especially those who have a late flight out.
